White Structure

WHAT WE BELIEVE

  1. That the Bible is the inspired Word of God; a revelation from God to man, and the only infallible written rule of faith and conduct, superior to conscience and reason, but is not contrary to reason 2 Timothy 3:15-17, 2 Peter 1:20-21

  2. That there is only one True God who has revealed Himself as the externally self-existent One, embodying the principles of relationship and association, ie. As Father in Creation, Son in Redemption and as the Holy Ghost in the Church. Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 43:10-11; St Mark 12:29; 1 Timothy 3:16.

  3. In the Deity of Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth and sinless life, in His vicarious death and atoning blood; In His bodily resurrection and His ascension and His second doming to earth to rule in righteousness.

  4. In water baptism by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ Acts 22: 38; 8:16, 8:16, 10:44-48, 19:5; Romans 6:3-4; Romans 6:3-4; Galatians 3:27 and Colossians 3:17.

  5. In the sanctifying power of the Holy Ghost. Entire sanctification is the will of God for all believers, and this should be earnestly pursued by the believer walking in total obedience to the Word of God. 1 Corinthians 12; Hebrews 2:11; 2 Thessalonians 2:13; 1 Peter 1:2.

  6. In partaking of the Lord’s Supper. Melchizedek, Priest of the Most High God, gave the first communion to Abraham consisting of bread and wine. No specific time or frequency is given but the scripture teaches,” As often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do show the Lord’s death until He comes.” It is usually observed by us every first Sunday. St Matthew 26: 27; St Mark 14:22-23; St Luke 22:17; 1 Corinthians 11:25.

  7. In use of only one cup in administering the grape juice at the Lord’s Supper. St Matthew 26:26-29; St Mark 14:22-23; St Luke 22:17; 1 Corinthians 11:25.

  8. In washing each other’s feet after the Lord’s Supper. St John 13:3-17.

  9. In paying of tithes and giving of offerings. Tithe is the tenth of one’s earnings. An offering given of one’s free will in honour and as a sacrifice to the Lord’s work and may exceed the amount given for tithes.

  10. In the blessed hope for the Saints, the rapture of the Church at the second coming of Jesus Christ. In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the one to everlasting life with Jesus Christ, the other everlasting damnation with the devil and his angels. In the millennium reign of Christ, when there shall be peace on the earth for a thousand years. This period may be called the First Resurrection of the Kingdom Age. Revelation 20:1-6.

  11. In the great White Throne Judgement – Second Resurrection or final judgement, where the devil and his angels, and those who serve Him will be there.
